1. How do I order?


First click on the product you would like to order. Read the information. Select the quantity. Select add to cart. Complete all checkout information. You will then be asked for a credit card. Fill out our secure payment screen and complete. You will receive and email confirming your order.

 

2. Are my credit card details safe?


Absolutely, when you proceed with payment, your credit card details will be routed to a secure server and 128 bit encrypted. We do not store your credit card information.

 



3. Why do some of my items have duty


A few items are imported and shipped to you directly from the manufacturer in the United States.  Unfortunately you have to pay the duty when the item arrives.  We stock some products in our warehouse in Canada but impossible to stock all the products on this site.

 


4. Can I return my products?

Of course you can return your products.  You have 30 days to let us know if the product is damaged or has poor workmanship.  We will send you a replacement product and pickup the damaged product at NO cost to you.  If you are not happy with the product - you have 30 days to notify us that you would like to return the products and receive a full refund. The product must be in the original packaging and not used.

 

5. How do I return my products?

If you require a replacement product or would like to return the product, please email us for a Return Authorization number. Once you receive the RA# - please pack up the box and write the number on the box. Our delivery company will bring return labels.  If you only had a PO Box you will need to mail it back to us.

 

6.  How long does it take to get my bedding?

It varies from 2-4 weeks usually.  Some products ship from our warehouse directly within a week.  Some products ship directly from the manufacturer in the United States and this takes longer.  We do our best to get the bedding to you as soon as possible.
